Gordon and I have both always loved to hike - especially together!! Nothing beats that feeling of being physically active and mentally rested while exporing a new place or revisiting old favorites.
One of our favorite old haunts is Lions Head in Cape Town - a walk, a short climb, either up the "chains" or via the more gently inclined path, and up a series of ladders gets you to one of the best viewing spots in the world. We have done this walk many times - this picture was taken on Christmas Day 1999.
